Notice to Members

In the interests of members and officers of Ballynahinch Credit Union Limited it has been decided that BCU will provide an essential service to its members on a reduced hours basis. BCU emphasises that members must abide by the COVID 19 restrictions at all times.

Members can contact BCU by telephone on a daily basis for transfers to and from their credit union accounts and to discuss loans and any issues relating to their account.

Unless it is absolutely necessary we would discourage members from coming into our offices and to use electronic payment methods

Opening Hours:

Ballynahinch Office

• Tuesday – (Doors closed to the members) – Telephone enquiries ONLY
• Wed – Fri – (Doors Open to members 10am – 1pm) – Telephone enquiries 9am – 2pm
• Sat – (Doors Open to members 10am -1pm) – Telephone enquiries 9am – 1pm

Crossgar

• Fri – Closed
• Sat – Doors Open to members – 10am-1pm

When entering the premises you must wear a face covering, hand sanitiser to be used upon entry, no more that 4 members in the Banking Hall at any one time and social distancing restrictions must be adhered to.
